A long table runner with a commanding presence, ideal for dressing long tables and special occasions. The flame-like Ikat pattern runs down the length of the table like a quiet choreography of color, anchoring the whole setting with character.
Handcrafted in Mallorca using the ancient Ikat technique, known locally as 'roba de llengües' ('cloth of tongues') after the flame-like patterns that emerge from the loom. The method arrived on the island in the 15th century via the Silk Road, having developed independently in Indonesia and Northern India, and has been preserved in Mallorca ever since.
