Our wood collection could only come from one place: Galicia, Spain’s rainiest region and home to some of the country’s richest forests.

Each board is crafted from local oak, naturally air-dried for three to four years to stabilise the wood and reveal the character of its grain.

From there, every piece is cut, shaped, sanded and finished by hand by Luis in his small woodland workshop, where generations of woodworking tradition continue to shape each object.

We preserved the essence of traditional Galician boards while refining their silhouettes through cleaner lines, softer proportions and rounded edges.

Their sculpted handles are designed to hang easily, allowing each board to dry properly after use. Equally suited to food preparation and serving, they move naturally from kitchen to table.

Built for everyday use, these are pieces designed to age beautifully, remain in use for years and be passed from one generation to the next.
