Wood from Galicia

Our wood collection could only come from one place: Galicia, Spain’s rainiest region, a land of deep forests and tall trees. Our boards are crafted from local oak, then naturally air dried for three to four years to stabilise the wood and reveal its grain.

From there, each piece is cut, shaped, sanded, and finished by hand by Luis in his small workshop tucked away in the woods, surrounded by the very landscape the timber comes from.

Reimagined for Today

We preserved the essence of traditional Galician boards while refining their silhouettes with cleaner lines, softer proportions and rounded edges.

Their sculpted handles are designed to hang easily so each board can dry properly after use. Made to move naturally from kitchen prep to the table, these pieces are meant to be used daily, kept for years and passed on.
