All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Within Europe
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.
Outside of Europe
Once processed, delivery usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.
*US customers: Due to recent customs changes, duties and taxes are now paid by customers upon delivery.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope to simplify this process again very soon.
Shipping issues & incidents
At Casa Maricruz, we take special care with every shipment. Our incident rate (delays, breakages or other issues) is just 1% of all orders.
That said, we work with handmade pieces and ship internationally, so occasional issues may arise during transit. If this happens, here’s how to proceed so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Damaged item
We’re very sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.
Please do not discard the original packaging and email us with:

With this information, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer the best possible solution as quickly as we can.
Missing item or incorrect product

We’ll take care of correcting it and sending the appropriate item as soon as possible.
Delays or customs inspection
For international shipments, some orders may be temporarily held for customs inspection.
We work closely with our logistics partners and will let you know if we need any additional information from you. In most cases, these checks are resolved without further issues.
