Within Europe
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.
Outside of Europe
Once processed, delivery usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.
*US customers: Due to recent customs changes, duties and taxes are now paid by customers upon delivery.

Every order is carefully packed using reinforced packaging to protect the items during transit and help ensure they arrive in perfect condition, even for international shipments.

We have a showroom in Madrid that you can visit by appointment. But if you are not in Madrid, you can find us in various stores across the United States, France, Germany, and South Korea. You can see the list of stores where we are located here.
